The purpose of this dissertation is to examine the impact of executive coaching on leadership development and organizational success in higher education institutions. The study uses quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations between executive coaching implementation and institutional performance improvements and the perceived impact of coaching on leadership skills and decision-making. The research design employs various methods, including descriptive statistical analyses and a longitudinal study design, to provide a holistic and nuanced understanding of the research topic.
